A premier international law firm with a diversified business practice is currently seeking a top notch Legal Secretary for a unique Partner level opportunity. You will provide legal assistance in support of the partner’s EPA and FDA practice as well as handle accounting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, excellent organizational and communication skills. Intermediate experience with Excel, QuickBooks experience, as well as an understanding of basic accounting/budgets is required. Two-five years of law firm secretarial experience, and 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience required. Knowledge of EPA and/or FDA procedures helpful but not required.
